If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\n\n \n\nCommercial Vehicle Compliance Coordinator - Crop Science \n\n \nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n \n\nAs a Bayer Commercial Vehicle Compliance Coordinator, you will manage and govern commercial vehicle standards, laws and internal best practices\n\nfor our fleet of about 2,000 drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing standards and work with internal Bayer teams to ensure drivers and sites are compliant with FMCSA standards. This role will report to Commercial Vehicle Compliance Manager. \n\n \n\nThe primary responsibilities of this role, Commercial Vehicle Compliance Coordinator, are to:  \n\n \n\n\n\tProvide regional guidance on government requirements, regulations and on commercial vehicle laws, practices and standards;\n\tCollaborate with Human Resources and Medical Teams to ensure driver fitness and reasonable accommodations documentation is compliant;\n\tManage Compliance Safety and Accountability (CSA) program with US DOT to adhere with strategic roadside enforcement programs and violations;\n\tCoordinate regional driver training sessions;\n\tMaintain commercial driver records/files;\n\tConduct audits and surveys;\n\tManage Trailer Standardization Policy, to assure purchases meet compliance on company standards and laws;\n\tSupport post accident investigations and working with Legal on representing the company in litigation.\n\n\n \n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\n \n\nYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\n\n \n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n \n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree;\n\t3 years of compliance, regulatory, fleet or HR background; \n\tStrong communication skills, creating and tracking spreadsheets;\n\tAbility to interpret and comply with complex governmental regulations;\n\tDemonstrated strong organization skills;\n\tResults oriented.\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\n\tDriver requirement management experience; \n\tExperience with FMCSA, FMCSR, DOT/CDL requirements, testing and compliance. \n\n\n \n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\tYOUR APPLICATION\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tBayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
