Job Summary
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Corporate Compliance Department provides strategic oversight of the Company's compliance program and sits within the parent company-level Corporate Law Department. The Department is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing the Company's internal policies, procedures and compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts globally across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., NBCUniversal, and Sky. The Corporate Manager will coordinate projects related to the Company's compliance program with a specific focus on complaint handling (i.e., whistleblowing) reporting, compliance metrics and analytics, due diligence and forensic analysis, monitoring procedures, and assisting in conducting internal investigations. The Corporate Manager will support other areas of the compliance program as needed. A willingness to learn, strong communication and analytical skills, and attention to detail are critical to success. The Corporate Manager will have exposure to the Corporate Chief Compliance Officer and leaders from across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., NBCUniversal, and Sky and should be comfortable presenting information to employees of all levels. This position reports to a Corporate Senior Manager.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support projects related to the Company's internal whistleblower program, including the ethics helpline and case management system.
Analyze compliance data and prepare metrics reports and presentations for senior leaders.
Partner with other investigative functions (e.g., HR, Security) and the Company's business units on projects and investigations as needed.
Assist in conducting internal investigations by preparing investigative materials, conducting research and interviews, documenting information, and preparing investigative reports, as well as compiling metrics from internal investigations conducted in the business units.
Conducting third-party and M&A due diligence activities.
Manage outside vendors responsible for key compliance technology platforms.
Promote an organizational culture of ethics and compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and contracts.
Perform other compliance-related duties, as needed, that support the Company's compliance program.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Generally requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience supporting an internal risk function (e.g., compliance, audit) at a large corporation, university, or related setting preferred.
Relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE) is not required but considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications with all levels of management, ability to work both independently and with a team,
Results-oriented professional with an appetite for taking on new challenges and who exhibits a dynamic intellectual curiosity.
Willingness to assist in areas outside of direct assignments, and commitment to professional growth and completion of team objectives.
Strong computer and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Some experience using Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Experience with the preparation of presentations/slide decks, metrics, and written reports.
Demonstrated ability to analyze facts and identify issues, collect data/evidence, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to solve problems strategically and creatively while considering downstream impacts.
Experience with an ethics helpline and case management system a plus.
Experience managing enhancement requests related to technology systems a plus.
Prior experience working for or with attorneys or auditors a plus.
