Responsibilities

The MarketPoint Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.


Interprets and defines regulatory requirements to be implemented by sales partners
Provides ongoing oversight and monitoring of sales partners to ensure full compliance and minimize Enterprise risk
Works cross-functionally in furtherance of optimizing the sales experience
Manages, assesses and communicates operational metrics relating to regulatory standards
Performs risk assessments, develops and oversees action plans, and provides guidance to operational groups
Builds relationships with sales partners


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
3 years of compliance and/or healthcare experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Graduate or advanced degree
5 years compliance experience
Audit or consulting experience


Additional Information

Work at Home/Remote Requirements Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance is required.
