Job Details:
SUMMARY: The Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking a candidate to assist in the administration of the social compliance program. The position is responsible for scheduling third party audits for production facilities and coordinating preparation of the management teams for the audit. The preparation includes reviewing the process and documents with plant management, preparing the agenda, and providing baseline information to the auditor. In addition to preparation, this position supports the plants during the audit process, communicates results of the audits, preserves the audit results in a database and maintains reporting. The social compliance program also includes the administration of multiple customer portals and collection of associated self- assessment questionnaire responses that are coordinated with multiple stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience preferred in a compliance related field with process management skills.
Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills to include Excel; SAP and Workday reporting a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to participate and/or present in small group discussions.
Special Skills: Attention to detail, planning and coordinating without manager oversight.
Supervisory: No direct reports.
Travel: Minimal travel is required.
