About the role:
What will you be doing?
Lead and manage assigned projects or work streams for compliance and data privacy and assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and reporting
Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including customers, vendors and senior management
Coordinate and manage activities across the business units and collaborate with virtual and multicultural teams
Closely work with senior management and Legal regarding compliance, data privacy and information security
Identify and promote examples of good practice within the business
Assist in the preparation of new documented information as well as updates to current ones
Assist in planning and conducting process led internal/ external audits, at planned
intervals
What we expect from you?
Proven experience in delivering project outcomes for a broad portfolio of compliance projects/programs
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
Big 4 experience is preferred
Strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
Able to present confidently to groups and senior stakeholders
Pro-active, passionate, self-starter with an excellent can-do attitude
3-5 years of relevant experience
