JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking an Employment and Compliance Manager to be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Cintas' compliance programs with Affirmative Action and EEO regulations, including all regulations and directives associated with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP.)  This position will be expected to provide ongoing education to field HR and various other stakeholders.  The position will be required to consult with all with Corporate HR departments to ensure processes, policies, and systems to ensure continued compliance. The job holder will work under the general supervision of the Senior Counsel - Labor and Employment.

 

Responsibilities include:

*Preparing and implementing the company's Affirmative Action Plans. *Delivering continuous education to field HR on understanding the AAP and what steps should be taken based on location's unique needs and objectives. *Evaluating company-wide trends in the AAPs and recommend broad-based solutions to senior leadership. *Working within the matrix corporate environment to engage a broad range of internal expertise as needed; may include compensation, benefits, legal, operational, sales, and others. *Collaborating with third party vendors to ensure accurate data and reporting in Affirmative Action Plans; resolve data integrity or technology issues identified. *Evaluating company-wide hiring policies and procedures, applicant tracking system, and HRIS. Implements process and system changes required for accurate and compliant data based on existing and new OFCCP regulations and directives. *Managing the OFCCP audit process, if necessary. *Conducting continuous research to stay abreast of national and regional trends in OFCCP enforcement. *Conducting continuous research to stay abreast of national and regional trends in EEO enforcement.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *Minimum 2 years of experience developing Affirmative Action Plans and defending OFCCP audits *Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills *Ability to travel periodically *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
