Senior Analyst, Compliance
Summary:
As a Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for creating, implementing, and administering all policies, procedures, and activities required in accordance with the payment card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) under direct supervision. A successful candidate will be able to perform varied administrative tasks related to all industry compliance programs within established procedures while maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
What you'll do:
Manage the Service Provider Registration and renewal processes, including the review of confidential financial data and background information, registrations with payment card networks, updates, deregistration, and annual renewals.
Proactively minimize compliance and financial risks by analyzing payment card network rules and determining impacts to merchant portfolios.
Research, remediate, and respond to merchant payment card network violations to ensure timely resolution.
Host bi-weekly/monthly meetings to discuss bulletins, release changes, and any other important topics.
Act as a liaison between alliance partners, sponsor banks, and payment card networks.
Provide quality customer support by responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Research and review rules as necessary.
Collect and review ISO and Alliance Partner marketing materials and websites to ensure all URLs are updated, accurate, and accessible.
Review, approve, and register merchants for payment card network programs.
Compile research information for internal and external partners in a clear and concise manner.
Facilitate merchant MCC audit to ensure compliance with payment card network programs.
Collect and organize information in the auditing process for MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Maintain tracking for all compliance functions, including monthly reports, partner lists, and other compliance processes.
Manage tracking log of release documentation with links to the department site.
Create and distribute meeting minutes.
Assist in the creation of clear process and procedure documentation as it relates to various compliance programs for internal and external partners.
Document and maintain department processes.
Participate in any/all training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements specified in your department goals.
Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e. OSHA).
Adhere to privacy, confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA).
Perform related projects and duties as assigned.
About you:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus.
5 years of experience in the banking or financial industry, preferably payment processing
5 years of experience in compliance required
Knowledge of credit card processing rules and regulations a plus

Competent in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn and work with additional applications used by the department
