JOB SUMMARY
Work with team members and
stakeholders to develop and maintain Affirmative Action compliance within the
organization, ensuring action is consistently taken to recruit and advance
qualified minorities, women, persons with disabilities, and covered veterans. Work across business units to implement and
maintain best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies
and governmental regulations related to fair hiring and work practices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to; data analysis, implementation of Affirmative Action plans, training, communication,
compliance reporting and tracking, and audit support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze statistics regarding employment
transactions, candidate and market data.
Aid in the facilitation of affirmative action compliance
audits.
Use subject matter expertise to consult with
People Business Partners (HR) regarding affirmative action results, good faith
efforts and best practices.
Prepare and deliver presentations and training
to People Business Partners (HR) on affirmative action results, and good faith
effort tracking.
Stay up to date on federal, state and local
regulations regarding affirmative action compliance and fair employment
practices.
Consult with People Business Partners (HR) on
compliance objectives.
Partner with the recruiting function to ensure compliance
in recruiting and hiring practices.
Partner with Legal and People Business Partners
(HR) to provide support and ensure compliance in fair employment practices and Office
of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits.
Provide support to the business with responses to
affirmative action inquiries in Requests for Proposal (RFP).
Support annual EEO and VEVRAA reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources,
and/or a minimum of five years of professional experience in EEO/Affirmative
Action compliance.
Experience in analyzing data regarding
employment processes, applicants, and market data.
D
emonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and
local employment laws, with a focus on fair employment laws.
Experience in OFCCP compliance audits and evaluations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with others.
Ability to effectively present information.
Experience in delivering compliance training in
small or large group settings is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) and CAAM’s software.
Experience with EEO and VEVRAA reporting.
Ability to work well under pressure with tight
deadlines, having a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Ability
to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
