Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with Law and Compliance colleagues, Business Units and Business Insights & Analytics to create actionable monitoring capabilities, as well as enhance and expand existing capabilities for global Healthcare Compliance (HCC) and Anti-Bribery monitoring for BMS entities and third parties
Actively collaborate within Compliance & Ethics to prioritize, and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive assigned initiatives through their lifecycle from ideation to implementation
Implement and integrate monitoring solutions for business development transactions
Drive effective collaboration across risk managements functions within the Company and support strategic projects, to streamline and optimize monitoring solutions
Develop solutions to address ad-hoc monitoring needs with agility
Stay abreast of emerging risks internally and externally as well as leading risk management practices to continuously improve capabilities and effectiveness
Contribute to advanced and predictive analytics development to proactively manage risks
Requirements
BA/BS degree; Masters'/Advanced degree or related certification preferred (e.g., JD, CPA, CCEP, Healthcare Law Compliance Certification)
7 to 10 years pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience; at least 4 years experience in an auditing or monitoring role with exposure to HCC; experience with implementing analytical HCC monitoring solutions strongly preferred
General understanding of Global HCC laws, regulations, and industry codes; working knowledge of sales, marketing, market access, and medical processes and principles
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks at various levels of complexity
Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with senior executives, peers, and influence cross-functional initiatives
