Compliance ManagerAon’s Captive & Insurance Management (“ACIM”) is looking to add a Compliance Manager to our dynamic team in the US. This role will be responsible for overseeing the compliance activities for our four offices that service over 300 captive clients. Aon’s mission is to empower economic and human possibility and you will play an integral role in achieving that mission. As a key contributor and lead for clients, its crucial to ensure that companies remain in compliance with accounting/regulatory requirements and that you are a trusted partner to our clients. You will have frequent interactions with executives and personnel from various client departments and other service providers as further described below. This role reports directly to the Deputy Managing Director of ACIM. This position will report into the Burlington, VT office. We are providing options to work in office, hybrid or remote work arrangement. The salary range for this position is $54,000 to 67,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
