JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Compliance Manager - First Aid and Safety to develop, implement and manage the compliance activities related to the regulatory and Cintas policy requirements for the First Aid and Safety (FAS) segment of Global Supply chain and FAS Operations. Responsibilities include working with suppliers, Cintas Distribution and Manufacturing and the operational (sales) locations to ensure compliance to FDA and Health Canada regulations and Cintas policies and procedures.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*Bachelor's Degree; Masters' Degree a plus *5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical OTC medications and medical device quality assurance and regulatory compliance working with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight *Valid driver's license
Preferred
*Experience managing inspections of pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing facilities both domestically and internationally *Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations *Certified Quality Auditor or Engineer (CQA, CQE)
