**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join its International Trade, Investment and National Security practice in either its Washington, D.C. or San Francisco offices. Substantive experience with notifications to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is required. A JD and active membership in good standing with the Washington D.C. Bar or California State Bar is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working through regulatory compliance issues under the CFIUS rules, 31 CFR Parts 800 and 802, including preparation of notifications and declarations, and negotiation of mitigation agreements (including National Security Agreements). It will be beneficial for the candidate to also have experience under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (including classification of goods and technologies under the EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
