ADP is hiring a Associate Compliance Analyst

In this role, the Associate Compliance Analyst will report under the Global Money Movement & Compliance (GMM&C) organization. In this position you will ensure compliance with the ADP's Anti-Money Laundering Program to mitigate the risk for money laundering, the financing of terrorist acts or the financing or commission of other crimes. Monitor various AML reports, report such activities to the Compliance Officer, and ADP Global Security. Assess impact on operations and develops recommendations for any proposed regulatory and legal changes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Complete daily compliance-related operational tasks, which will include case adjudication, and responding to inquiries as needed.

• Manage and track regular escalations from internal ADP partners (Legal, HR, Procurement, Sales...) regarding Know Your Client (KYC) verifications of ADP clients and ensure completion of cases and analyses within given SLA's.

• Complete written analysis/investigative enhanced due diligence (EDD) on High Risk Clients (HRC) and summary reports. Compile documentation and evidence, maintain accurate investigative notes, and prepare regular metrics and case management reports for ADP Management (Legal / GSO Fraud, Sales..)

• Respond to internal partners and provide guidance on KYC requirements, processes and procedures.

• Plans, directs, and oversees the overall control and compliance activities for: All Compliance Solutions products; SOC1 and SOC2; Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX); financial and third-party reviews. Collaborates with all product areas and external auditors on the completion of the reviews.

• Lead and/or assist with projects, as assigned.

• Participate in compliance related training and communication programs, as needed.

• Works with business units to develop/revise, review and implement policies, procedures and controls that support regulatory, legal, and SOX changes. Oversees and identifies all pertinent reporting requirements. Coordinate SOC and SOX activities with external auditors and business, including creation of controls and remediating audit findings

• Identifies and drives compliance/control requirements and recommendations as new products are acquired or developed.

• Provides compliance integration expertise for acquisition and /or new products.

• Support the enterprise risk management activities for GMM&C

• Perform annual assessments/audits, as needed

• Liaison with GPT, Sales, Legal and GSO teams on implementing corporate wide initiatives

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business, finance, customer service, compliance

• 1 - 3 Years of Directly Related Experience

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills. Detail oriented, strong sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to interface and coordinate work effectively with senior business leaders. Strong project and program management skills.

• Certifications can include- Internal audit certification, certified public accountant, certified anti-money laundering specialist

• Experience with compliance related software (NICE Actimize, LexisNexis Risk Score, SalesForce.com, ADP internal applications-FCRM, RUN, WFN, OTC, TAX...)

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business, finance, customer service, compliance
