Winston & Strawn's Miami office is looking for an associate to join the financial services practice. Ideally, the candidate will have between four and six years of experience handling securities regulatory, compliance and/or enforcement matters. Candidates with experience at the SEC or FINRA and/or at a top-tier law firm are preferred, but not required. Admittance to the Florida Bar is preferred.
