We are adding highly skilled team members who will work closely together to create the best customer experiences possible, fueling industry leading results.Job Summary The Digital Compliance Specialist is part of the growing Digital team at Frontier Communications. This critical role is focused on ensuring all digital product content and sales efforts are in line with relevant, current Legal and Regulatory requirements and standards.Primary Responsibilities Liaise with Product Management, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure Frontier.com assets are compliant with current Legal and Regulatory disclosure requirements.Work with Marketing and Brand to maintain consistent library of disclaimers and terms.Review all campaign assets for Legal and Regulatory compliance. Audit Frontier.com to ensure all mandatory disclosures, terms and conditions are present, and lead all documentation efforts to ensure proper record-keeping.Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that impact services and business activities.Provide compliance reviews and direction for new and expanding products and services.Assist in preparing internal and customer communications covering compliance issues (bulletins, position statements, monthly reports, etc.Job Requirements 2 – 4 years of digital/eCommerce compliance experience.Excellent analytical skills, sound judgement, and ethical decision-making capability.Experience conducting compliance reviews and audits for digital platforms.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong technical writing and documentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Marketing, etc.Up to date knowledge on industry standards and regulatory processes.Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals.Ability to independently learn new tools and technology.Strong project planning and tracking capabilities.Team player and relationship builder, able to effectively work cross-functionally with peers, management and other internal or external stakeholders to gain consensus when needed.Flexibility to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload.
