Job Summary
*Responsible for operations compliance activities related to Comcast Cable business and its subsidiaries, focusing on compliance policy implementation in a wide range of operational areas across the business, including privacy and information security. *Responsible for achieving operations compliance objectives and keeps leadership team informed of key developments and issues. Develops and implements compliance strategy and approach. Provides leadership and direction for team of stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Defines, develops, and implements operations compliance framework to support the strategic direction of the business.
Oversees development of new operations compliance projects and ensures company's needs are met.
Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time and in line with compliance expectations.
Develops and analyzes performance data on key performance indicators to support operations compliance enforcement and risk mitigation.
Establishes and maintains operations compliance process documentation and policies.
Applies expertise in compliance and is relied on by top management to ensure obligations are met.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to assess internal and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
Interact closely and manage relationships with various teams including Business Unit, Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, and the Legal/Regulatory Department.
Develops and performs compliance assessments and supporting documentation.
Works with Cable Legal teams to identify, interpret and document how the company implements and maintains reasonable privacy and security compliance requirements and the methods by which they will be achieved.
Work with Legal team to evaluate internal processes, initiatives, and policies regarding privacy and information security.
Works with Legal Information Security team to ensure information security risk contractual requirements are understood by the business.
Conducts regular audits of privacy and information security data and operational procedures to identify and resolve errors.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
