Description:
The Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated administrator to join the Faculty Compliance Team. You will be responsible for supporting students and staff working across the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery, Allied Health Professions and Psychology. The main focus of the Compliance Team is to ensure our students meet; the disclosure and barring service (DBS); health; and professional requirements necessary for them to commence and continue their studies and engage in clinical placements. We are also responsible for ensuring students are fit to practise and provide administrative support for disciplinary meetings. Under the direction of the Senior Compliance Administrator and as a member of the team, you will be required to prioritise your workload, manage multiple tasks within deadlines, maintain various databases, collate documentation and arrange and service meetings and provide excellent and efficient customer service. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well-organised individual with relevant qualifications, demonstrable experience and an excellent eye for detail. The ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment is essential. Experience of working in a student compliance / appeals / disciplinary role, dealing with complex and sensitive information and managing difficult conversations is desirable.
