ADP is hiring a Implementation Manager (Compliance Solutions):

In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the effective leadership and management of the Implementation processes of the Smart Compliance suite of services. ADP Smart Compliance integrates with ADP HCM platforms, as well as many other leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and applicant tracking (ATS) solutions.
You will collaborate with peers and counterparts in the identification, development, and implementation of business unit wide implementation strategies, initiatives, and support methodologies to achieve Compliance Solutions strategic goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing the business, lowering cost of new client implementations, improving the business operations, and increasing client satisfaction.
You will be specifically aligned to the Wage Payments product within our Employee Financial Solutions (EFS) Business Unit and report to the Vice President of Implementation for EFS.
You will also be a Sr. Leader across the entire Implementation Organization, where you will partner with other leaders to drive process improvements, increase client satisfaction and focus on associate engagement.
We can’t forget that you will have strong facilitative leadership skills, change management, business/finance, process analysis, and project management experience which is essential to success.

What you’ll do:
Be accountable for contributing to the definition, development, rollout, and effective management of strategic plans that drive quality implementations, client and associate satisfaction and loyalty, and revenue growth.
Assist with the establishment of team goals across the Implementation organization, and effective measuring/communicating of performance against established goals to drive continuous improvement in delivering services to the client.
Driving associate engagement, loyalty, talent/career development and appropriate programs to support a virtual Implementation organization.
Help define, support, and modify process change in implementation functions. Collaborate with other Leaders to ensure consistency of methods, processes and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to the Sales Organization regarding Implementation processes and procedures as well as participating in the sales process as requested for new client opportunities. Work with sales leaders to best position sales and implementation associates for success in selling and delivering the Compliance Solutions offerings.
Develop and maintain effective client relationships and builds appropriate improvement and action plans to address issues and satisfaction.
Understand and manage Sales Backlog dynamics through our CS implementation teams, with the continual focus on an Effortless client experience. Such dynamics are all elements of the client implementation from sales order through to the service transition, and anomalies in projects along the way, anticipating and mitigating risk of detractors. Understanding how our backlog, with its timing risks and variables, can achieve the Implementation Start Plan. Work with other non-implementation personnel and leaders to achieve success in the projects for our goals and Plan.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Minimum 3 years in management level experience
Prior experience developing and executing against strategic plans
Highly collaborative and partnering mindset with multiple internal and external teams
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales organization
Comfortable working closely with Senior Level Executives in the businesses we support.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
Experience noted above, OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
